What is the registration fee?
The full cost of one participant in the BIO Girls program in 2025 is $270. BIO Girls raises funds locally and at the corporate level to offset this cost for participants. There are three financial assistance options built directly within the registration. Choose the option that best fits your needs and continue with registration.
Payment and financial assistance options include:
$270 - Full Participant Cost
$200 - 25% Financial Assistance
$135 - 50% Financial Assistance
$0 - 100% Financial Assistance
How will I know if the registration is processed?
A confirmation email will come from BIO Girls. Please check your junk mail if you do not see the email in your inbox. Your credit card will be charged when your registration is confirmed.
What is the refund policy?
BIO Girls will issue a full refund, minus any processing fees paid, per participant, up until one week prior to the start date for the site location in which the participant is registered. No refunds will be issued within one week of the start date or after the start date. Any refund requests will result in program registration cancellation. Program registrations are non-transferable.

What are the age requirements for participating in BIO Girls?
The BIO Girls curriculum and programming is open to participants who are currently in second through sixth grade. For summer programs, participants must have completed second grade to be eligible to participate.
